Southeast companies concerned with cyberattacks, health care costs

ALM Legal Intelligence’s Corporate Counsel Agenda 2014 for the Southeast shows that general counsels across the region are more optimistic about economic prospects, but cyberattacks and data security pose significant threats.

The report, sponsored by Baker Donelson, says 58 percent of general counsels view 2015 economic prospects for their individual companies as "better or much better." Forty-five percent foresee a downturn in the U.S. economy.
